Another Day, Another Chance

The first day of training was pretty basic-an introduction to the company, sales cycle, and some basic phone technique. We got a chance to work the phones late afternoon, and I found out two things. One, I definitely need more practice on the phones and two, retired folks are definitely more morning people. Anywho, their having us come in an hour early today to work the phones again before class begins. Wish me luck.
