News from the Philippines

I called my dad at work and he said that the doctor recommended dialysis for grandpa. Not the worst news in the world, right? Unfortunately, gramps isn't keen on the idea. He says he's lived a full life and doesn't want to go through with it. He must have his reasons, but I don't like the sound of him giving up like that. Neither does my dad or his brothers and sisters. I have a feeling that this could get kinda messy.

Just wondering what I can do to help.
